Web Publisher Agreement
In order for your site to qualify for Tribal Fusion representation, you must enter into a Web Publisher Agreement with Tribal Fusion, Inc. The Agreement:
  • prohibits any content deemed inappropriate by Tribal Fusion at its sole descretion.
  • requires that web sites place Tribal Fusion ads above the fold on their web pages.
  • prohibits using robots to generate fake ad impressions or click-throughs.
  • requires that web sites provide Tribal Fusion at least 2,000 unique users per day for each Ad Space listed with Tribal Fusion.
